Bro. Rian and his family moved to Batesville, AR to become the pastor of Faith-Hopewell in August of 2014. Bro. Rian is a graduate of Bethel College (University) in McKenzie, TN and a graduate of Memphis Theological Seminary. In addition to his service in the church, Bro. Rian also serves as the Vice-President of the Batesville Ministerial Alliance, Vice President of the Board of Directors for Help and Hope, and is a member of the Rotary.  The Puckett family consists of Michelle, who is a teacher in the Batesville School System, Colby, and Brooklyn.

Lance Hall serves as the Youth Director. Lance has been a member of FHCPC since 1994 and has served the church in many capacities including serving as an elder on the session. Outside the church, Lance works with children of all ages and disabilities as an Occupational Therapist and he also serves the community as a youth baseball and basketball coach. About his many activities, Lance says, "In these roles I serve, I am given an opportunity to be a reflection of Christ for those around me to see God working in my life." Lance has been married to his wife Mandie for 21 years and they have a 12 year old son Boston.
